Мақалада ұйымдастырылған мəдениеттің феномені толықтай сұрыпталып, осы түсініктің əр қырлылығы мен қиыншылығы ашылады. Қазіргі менеджмент жүйесінде ұйымдастырылған мəдениеттің рөлі белгіленеді. Ұйымдастырылған мəдениет тақырыбының жоспарлық сатысы ұсынылған. Əр түрлі зертттеушілердің ұйымдастырылған мəдениетке өзіндік анықтамасы, көзқарасы толықтай ашылып, сұрыпталады. The authors analyzed the phenomenon of organizational culture in details, and the complexity and versatility of this concept are revealed in this article. The role of organizational culture in the modern management is denoted. Organizational culture theme’s degree of readiness is presented as well. The views of different researchers on the definition of organizational culture analyzed and summarized. The levels of organizational culture are carefully studied. The major structural elements of organizational culture are highlighted. The characteristics for the positive and negative organizational cultures and their impact on the organization’s functioning are presented as well.
